Dr. Dijour is trained to perform highly innovative foot and ankle surgical procedures.
He completed his reconstructive foot and ankle surgical residency at Virginia Tech Carilion in Roanoke, which is a Level 1 trauma center. Concurrently, he trained with the trauma service within the department of orthopedics and served as chief resident.
Dr. Dijour graduated with honors from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia. He received his B.S. in Biology from the University of Maryland.
Today, he maintains memberships in several professional organizations, including the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, the American Podiatric Medical Association, and the Tennessee Podiatric Medical Association.
Although he treats all foot and ankle conditions for people of all ages, Dr. Dijour has a special interest in:
- complex foot and ankle reconstruction
- ankle replacement surgery
- ankle arthroscopy
- arthritis of the foot and ankle
Dr. Dijour is originally from Potomac, Maryland, but is looking forward to making Nashville his home. He also enjoys motorsports, traveling, and hiking with his dog in his spare time.
