Four Common (Yet Preventable!) Winter-time Foot Injuries

It’s finally beginning to feel like winter in Tennessee! The Christmas season, the anticipation of the first snowfall, and winter activities like skiing and sledding make this “the most wonderful time of year” for many. Avoid these common cold weather injuries, and enjoy your holiday season to the fullest!

  • Pernio (Also known as chilblains)
  • Dry, cracked heels
  • Raynaud’s Phenomenon
  • Injuries from falls

Read our full article for the causes and preventions of each of these foot injuries, or schedule an appointment for your own personal assessment!
