The Christmas season, the anticipation of the first snowfall, and winter activities like skiing and sledding make this “the most wonderful time of year” for many. However, it’s important to remember lower temperatures can be hard on the extremities, especially the feet.

We were also at the Lawrenceburg Health Fair put on by Healthy Tennessee in October. We answered questions about foot & ankle problems & treatments and shared best practices for keeping the ankles & feet healthy!

Our Annual Christmas party was Nov. 29 at Uncle Julio’s in Brentwood – we enjoyed great Mexican food and a Dirty Santa gift exchange!
